At Cyber Drift Solutions Private Limited ("Cyber Drift," "we," "us," or "our"), we believe technology should solve problems without compromising trust. We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring absolute clarity regarding how your information is collected, used, and safeguarded.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website cyberdriftsolutions.tech, our custom engineering services, and our proprietary products, including Enlock and Statflip.

01.Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, as well as data gathered automatically when you interact with our digital platforms.

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Contact & Inquiry Data: When you fill out our interactive architecture assessment, contact forms, or request a consultation, we collect your name, company name, professional email address, and the specific operational details you share.
  • Account & Billing Information: If you engage our custom services or subscribe to our products, we collect necessary billing details, account credentials, and communication records.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and Usage Data: We collect standard analytical data when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and navigation paths. This helps us optimize our digital experience.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies to maintain session states and analyze site traffic. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

C. Product-Specific Data Handling

  • Enlock (Secure Cloud Storage): Enlock is built on a privacy-first, distributed architecture. Files uploaded to Enlock are secured using multilevel, user-controlled encryption keys. Cyber Drift does not possess your encryption keys and cannot access, view, or scan the contents of your stored files. We only collect the necessary metadata (e.g., account email, storage quota usage) required to maintain your account.
  • Statflip (IoT Data Clock): To function, Statflip requires authorization to connect to third-party APIs (such as Instagram, YouTube, etc.). We temporarily process the specific numerical metrics requested by your device. We do not store your social media passwords or extract personal data from your linked accounts beyond the metrics required for the physical display.

02.How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We use the information we collect strictly to operate our business and deliver value to you, specifically to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our custom software services and proprietary products.
  • Analyze your interactive assessment results to prepare tailored architectural recommendations.
  • Process transactions and send related administrative information, including invoices and technical notices.
  • Respond to your inquiries, support requests, and provide ongoing client partnership.
  • Monitor against unauthorized access, fraud, or security breaches.

03.Data Storage and Security

Security is a non-negotiable foundation of our engineering process. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

  • All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using standard TLS protocols.
  • Internal access to client data is strictly limited to authorized engineering and support personnel on a need-to-know basis.

04.Sharing Your Information

We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who provide essential infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting providers, payment processors) necessary to operate our business. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
  • Business Transfers: If Cyber Drift is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred as a business asset.
